Three things we do,
in order.

No discovery-only engagements. No staff augmentation. We design, build, and maintain — and the three commit to the same people.

01

Design

Workflow maps before module choices. We document the current state — the spreadsheets, the WhatsApp groups, the receipt stack, the bookkeeper who hand-keys invoices on Friday — and produce a fit-gap that tells you what Odoo absorbs, what it doesn't, and what we'd write instead. Deliverable: process diagrams, module shortlist, and a 6–12 week implementation plan.

02

Implement

Modules configured, data migrated, integrations wired, the team trained on the system they'll actually use. We ship in milestones — one business area at a time, no big-bang go-live. Deliverable: a working ERP, a trained team, a documented runbook.

03

Maintain

SLAs you can hold us to. Version upgrades on the release cadence, not in a panic at year-end. Module health audits twice a year. A named engineer on every contract. Deliverable: an ERP that ages well.

Capabilities

Where we go deep.

Inventory & Warehouse
Stock that adds up at end-of-day
Multi-location, barcode receiving, smart replenishment, cycle counts. From a single boutique to a multi-warehouse wholesale operation.
Point of Sale
POS that doesn't slow down at 7pm
Restaurants, retail, multi-store. Offline-safe Odoo POS with kitchen routing, modifiers, split bills, and an inventory that updates in real time.
Accounting & Finance
Close the books on time
Multi-currency, local tax compliance, automated bank reconciliation, AR follow-up, audit trails. Books that close in days, not weeks.
Manufacturing & MRP
MRP for medium manufacturing
Multi-level BOMs, work orders, shop floor control, production planning. Integration to MES/SCADA where it matters.
eCommerce & Integrations
Sell online without the seams showing
Odoo Website, Shopify, WhatsApp Business, Stripe, banking APIs, marketplaces, courier APIs. One stock figure across every channel.
Migrations & Custom Modules
When the standard module almost works
Version-to-version upgrades with a rollback plan. Custom modules with clean inheritance, no monkey-patches, properly versioned — built to survive the next upgrade.
Engagement models

Two ways to start.

Project — fixed scope
Implementation in 8–16 weeks
A defined go-live for one business area — POS, accounting, inventory, or the full stack for a single location. Milestones, weekly demos, a written cutover plan.
Retainer — ongoing
Maintenance + iteration
Named engineer, monthly capacity, SLA on response and resolution. We run upgrades, fix the long-tail bugs, and ship the small features quarterly.
