About

We are not a
digital transformation agency.

We are an Odoo specialist studio for small and medium businesses. One platform, three disciplines, one team. The same engineers who design your system implement it, then stay on to maintain it — whether you run a single boutique, a 12-table restaurant, a wholesale warehouse, or a 40-person manufacturing line.

Who we are
Engineers who happen to be very good at one specific ERP.

We move fast, we prototype, we instrument. Credible from twenty feet away, curious up close. Deep navy and serious type at first glance; a single electric green ping when you lean in.

Who we are not
A staffing shop. A reseller that disappears after go-live.

No "best-in-class methodologies." No quarter-long discovery decks. No general digital-transformation tourism. We do Odoo, end to end, and we stay.

What we believe

The principles, in plain text.

01
Workflows first, modules second
A module is a means. The workflow it serves is the end. We map the workflow, then we choose the module — never the other way around.
02
Customize only what's required
Every line of custom code is a line you have to upgrade later. We stay on the standard module until we can't, and we document why when we depart.
03
Maintain like you built it
Maintenance isn't a discount tier. The same engineer who implemented your module is the one fixing it on a Tuesday two years later.
Stack

What we work in.

Platform
Odoo v17 · v18.2 · v19.1
Enterprise and Community. We've migrated forward across every minor in the v17→v19 line and run a small fleet of dev databases at each version.
Languages
Python · JavaScript · OWL · QWeb
Server-side Python for modules, OWL components for the web client, QWeb for reports and templates. PostgreSQL underneath.
Operations
Odoo.sh · Self-hosted · On-prem
We run production on Odoo.sh for most clients, self-hosted Kubernetes for the ones with data-residency requirements, bare-metal on request.
Founders

Meet our experts.

Two senior engineers — one technical practice, one delivery practice — committed to the kind of Odoo work your operations team can rely on for years.

Rizan Iqbal

Rizan Iqbal

Co-Founder & Lead Technical Consultant

Twelve years engineering FinTech and investment-banking systems across the Gulf — the kind where a missed reconciliation moves real money. At Merdox Labs, Rizan owns the technical practice: translating operational requirements into Odoo systems that hold up after the consultants leave.

Ayyoob Rifdhi

Ayyoob Rifdhi

Co-Founder & Deployment Engineer

Ayyoob runs deployment and implementation at Merdox Labs — the work between "demo ready" and "production stable." He owns configuration, testing, cutover planning, and the first ninety days after go-live. His standard is plain: reliability isn't a feature, it's a discipline.

North star

Would the person running this thank us in five years?

The only question worth asking. Every page, every email, every Odoo module we ship answers to it. Restaurant, boutique, warehouse, factory — same standard.
